For tangible products, Carmen Galofré will make available as many shipping methods as possible under the agreements reached between and different logistics service providers.

1) For shipments within Spanish territory, the usual delivery time is between 5 and 7 working days.

2) For international shipments within Europe the usual delivery time is between 10 and 15 days, depending on the country of destination.

3) For works of art, the usual delivery time is between 10 and 15 working days. For the international shipments of European scope the habitual downtime oscillates between 15 and 20 working days, depending on the country of destiny.

4) For orders that include design editions and works of art, delivery will be conditioned to the longer term.

Carmen Galofré will choose the most appropriate company to send the shipment according to type and geographical region. It will arrive directly to the shipping address you have notified us of. It is required that there be someone at that address during business hours and a contact telephone number (with a margin of 4-5 hours in order to coordinate the delivery).

The amount of transport will be calculated by the system during the purchase process and will depend on the destination country and the product selected.

If, for reasons of availability, a product could not be delivered within the time indicated during the purchase process, Carmen Galofré will communicate with the customer via email within 48 hours. The customer may choose to cancel their order without incurring any additional costs.

In case of a price variation, Carmen Galofré will inform you via email about the variation and you can choose to cancel your order without being charged any additional cost.

By making the purchase, it is understood and accepted that the price of the shipment, the delivery times, the quality of the service and the point of delivery are subject to the different modes of transport from among those possible for different shipping areas and to the availability of the chosen product. Carmen Galofré does not ship on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

In addition, transport times may be altered due to extraordinary incidents in the logistics service company or companies, difficulties in the delivery of the goods and/or force majeure; in any case, any delay in delivery with respect to the times indicated shall not entitle the purchaser to demand any compensation whatsoever.

Shipping Guarantees

The provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Users Act and other complementary laws, will be applied. In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or return will be chosen, in the established legal terms.

You will have a period of 14 working days from the receipt of the order to return the order. You must inform Carmen Galofré within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, of your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

You may return any item you have purchased at Carmen Galofré online store as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. The return costs shall be borne by the customer. In these cases, Carmen Galofré will refund the purchase price by means of a credit note using the same method of payment as that used for your purchase. Carmen Galofré shall not refund the amount or send the goods back until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned item have been verified.
